Prenatal & Postnatal
From the time of conception moving into the 8th week after baby, time is needed for the body to adapt, breathe and relax. If you are a prenatal mama looking for labour education and guidance, we can meet via zoom or if in the Wichita KS area for a coffee chat on me. Let me hear your vision of what a dream birth looks like to you while we walk through movement options & the female anatomy. I'm also available to be your very own doula for spiritual support. If you're in the healing stages of diastasis recti, feel free to schedule a 30-60 minute zoom session for Mat or Reformer! Let's collaborate together for a personalized flow to gain back serenity and control.

Mat Zoom Session
Come join me at home or in the lovely outdoors for a private custom built mat session! Or if your husband, sister, friend or whoever would like to join, we can set up group sessions as well. Bring your grandmama too! We'll be using a standard mat along with various props like the magic circle, ball, and resistance band. I'd love to meet with you for an onboarding call to get set up for the camera and also to go over your medical history and flow goals!

Reformer Zoom Session
The legacy of Joseph Pilates continues through the art of the reformer. Just as the river runs through currents and change, so does your beautiful body move through time and space. As we find the mindbody connection together, we'll use various props and mental imagery. If you have an at home reformer (no matter the brand or size) and would like to create a personalized session, let's get together to create movement through the body and in the atmosphere!
